WELCOME TO INFORMATION GIVERS ACADEMY
The information givers academic coaching is a dynamic project for
children to help them become better students of life.
The Academic
Tutor Program (ATP) offers tutoring and academic skills coaching to children
between 6-18 years.
Academic Skills
Coaching is available to all children; both children who are members of IGK and
who are not. Tutoring sessions focused on the children and tutors facilitate a
large number of weekly drop-in group tutoring sessions in a wide range of
subject areas, as well as specialized academic workshops based on students'
needs.
The purpose of
Academic coaching is to help students of all ages to develop strategies for
attaining important life skills and achieving success. We offer coaching services to elementary age
students, teens, young adults and professionals. These services are available over the phone,
at the centre, in your home, or at your office.
Information
Givers Academy support education programs for children in the classroom and at
home

We train teachers to engage their
pupils/students with more effective teaching practice

We coach parents and caregivers to
help their children learn early on, so they can prepare to enter school.

We offer ways for parents and
communities volunteers to get kids reading and doing math outside school hours.
·
We expose children to the power of
artistic expression like drawing, painting, music, drama, dance and more to
help them do better in school.
·
We motivate kids to attain greater
height in school
·
We also conduct counselling and
guidance to any child who needs it
